Professional Summary

Trailblazing healthcare entrepreneur and advocate with a lifelong drive to create change. Meredith’s determination emerged early—at 9, she broke Girl Scout cookie sales records, foreshadowing the entrepreneurial grit that would define her career. As CEO of The Hirsh Center, she transformed a small rheumatology practice into a leading multispecialty clinic. She champions physicians and patients through bipartisan advocacy, influencing state and national policy, presenting to CMS and testifying before MedPAC. As host of Working Healthcare, she challenges industry leaders to confront systemic issues and inspires audiences to ask: How will you drive change?
